Here's the story. We both fell asleep on the couch, she wouldn't go to her bed she was screaming her head off! So I did what I thought would be a good move, not so! I put her in my bed and we tried to go to sleep. She rolled and rocked, she was not comfortable, and Darbee moved (I think,) Kaya went for another look and over the side she went. Down to the floor and smacking the side of my bed frame when she was falling. I told her that she was ok, when she looked up, blood was gushing out her lip. I tried pressure, and called our resident Nurse Practioner Aunt Nanny. Advice, go to the hospital. So off we went. We clocked in at 2:00 and out at 4:25. It was a long night, but they did a good job.
Another shot of the injury.

Poor baby! I just hate putting stitches in their perfect little faces! I am sure she will heal up in no time!
Poor Kaya!! Hope her boo-boo is better soon!!
Oh, so sorry she had to go through that. Looks like she handled it well though.
I was just looking at your pictures from Trunk or Treat. I hate that we missed you guys. We were there and saw you all from a distance, but I forgot Leah's costume. By the time we got both kids dressed and ready we couldn't find the group. :(
Maybe we'll see you at the next night at Beef O'Brady's. It is Dec. 18th.
