Friends are Friends Forever!

This wasn't last weekend, but the one before, I just haven't had time to post pictures. Well, I guess I prob. had time, it just didn't work the first time LOL.

Last weekend Kaya and I went to the KAS Picnic at Yellow Creek Park. It was so much fun to see our friends that we have made through adoption. Kaya was sick she went to Dr. Cole right before we left. It was determined that she was teething, but that was not to be the case. She actually was having an allergic reaction to the Amoxicillin that she was on for an ear infection. So she might not of had such a good time but I did LOL. On Sunday we went to Garfield KY to meet with a group of my very close friends there were five families there with 11 children there, six of them being from Guatemala with all within a year of each other. I again had a great time, Kaya was still not feeling good, but she did play and have fun I think! Hopefully next year she will be feeling better.

This is Alan Hill with Kaya and Andrew his son. Alan and I grew up together and our parents now live in the same neighborhood. Andrew and Kaya are just a few weeks apart in age. Isn't he a doll!

Here we have the Guate Girls: Ella 1 year, Evangline aka Lina 19 months, Kaya 14months, Tianna 17 months, Emmy 19 months I think I am right on those ages. Our families have gone throught the ups and downs of adoption together. We have cried, laughed, and celebrated. Emmy and Ella are the sisters of the group!

Seriously my mom is crazy get me out of here! Aiden is not paying any attention to me in my cute bathing suit! Get me out of here, I'm the only girl with all boys, where are my Guate Girls???? (Can you see how bad she felt? She took a nap as soon as I got her out of her wet diaper)
